Refund Policy
Statpreneur sells digital intelligence — reports, market maps, and signal packs delivered as PDFs and accessed instantly after purchase. Because these are non-returnable digital goods, refunds are issued only in the specific cases below.
When we refund
- Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally buy the same report twice, email us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate in full.
- Download or access failure — if you cannot access your purchase because of a delivery error on our side, contact us and we will either re-deliver or refund.
- Materially misrepresented content — if the report's contents materially do not match the published table of contents, summary, or sample, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
When we do not refund
- Change of mind after the report has been downloaded or accessed.
- Disagreement with the author's interpretation, thesis, or recommendations.
- Subscription cycles already invoiced when you cancel — your access continues to the end of the billing period.
How to request a refund
Email hello@statpreneur.com from the address used for the purchase, with the report ID (e.g. RPT-042) and the reason. We aim to respond within two business days.
